Questions we hear often
Can VoltHub run my charging station for me?
Yes. We list your station in the VoltHub app, monitor every charger, support drivers and settle revenue with you monthly. You can use a VoltHub charger or connect an OCPP charger you already own after a compatibility check.
How long does installation take?
A 7 kW home charger is usually installed in one visit of 3 to 5 hours. Residential solar takes 1 to 3 days on site plus utility net metering processing. Commercial charging or solar projects take 1 to 4 weeks depending on scale.
Do you offer financing or payment plans?
Options depend on the project. Tell us what you are planning and we will explain what is available for your case in the quote.
Is there a government incentive for solar or EV charging?
Solar owners can export excess power under the Net Metering program (RA 9513). EVs and chargers can benefit from incentives under the EVIDA law (RA 11697). We handle the net metering paperwork.
What maintenance is needed?
Solar panels need cleaning two to four times a year. Inverters, batteries and chargers on our platform are monitored remotely, and we dispatch a technician when a fault is detected.
Can I expand my system later?
Yes. Solar arrays, batteries and charger counts are designed to scale.
